It was more expensive than other properties I looked at.. but we wanted the extra bathroom and toilet, and the property is of an extremely high standard.. never stayed anywhere so clean and we presented.. looks tiny from the outside, but huge inside. We loved staying there. I hope we left everything ok for you.. I did hoover round etc.
We will definitely stay there again if we are in Exeter again 😊😊

We stayed for a long weekend while visiting relatives in Devon. It was a pleasure to arrive at the house after a long drive to find it so well-equipped and comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and we loved the modern decor and layout. It was great to have a back yard to get some fresh air in the warmer weather, and we enjoyed being able to eat outside. The kitchen was really well equipped, and the addition of a dishwasher and washing machine with relevant cleaning products was a big plus.

What a beautiful house – real home from home. The comfort and attention to detail Was second to none. Beds were lovely and we slept so well! Location was quiet. Location was 5 minutes from the river and quay. Had some lovely dog walks. I was disappointed with the town itself as it was not what I thought, shops weren’t very good But the house certainly made up for it. Would highly recommend.

Isca House was a wonderful experience for us. A beautiful house, close to many city attractions, groceries and restaurants, and on a very quiet street. The house was gorgeous and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would rebook without hesitation.

Great place, close to the city and shops. The house had everything we needed: Washing machine, clothes horse, … even some small Washcloth, only a washing line in the backyard and a couple of hooks in the bathroom and the 2nd sleeping room were missing.

Excellently presented and well equipped house with everything we needed during our stay. Many thoughtful touches including a Christmas tree and fully stocked bathroom.
Lovely place to stay and would recommend.

Very nice house, clean and good planned. Located is very nice area with walking distance to the Quaysideand city center.

Lovely, clean, well-equipped with lots of thoughtful extrasour. Peaceful courtyard garden at the back. A real home from home. We'll definitely be back!
