Where did Isca House come from?
In 2019 we decided to buy a small house which needed quite a lot of work to be done as a retirement investment. This house becomes Isca House or the very first serviced accommodation in Exeter., Devon. It took Me (Luke), quite a few months to complete all work but you can see from the photos below, the difference is visible :)
We started our business adventure on Airbnb and Booking.com back in 2020 at the beginning of the pandemic. It was quite hard to start for any business starting by the time, but the hospitality was… closed.
We didn’t give up and we have thoroughly enjoyed hosting people from all corners of the country since then.
WHAT CAN OUR GUESTS EXPECT?
As you can see from our reviews, we care about your guest experience when you choose to stay at one of our houses – Isca House and Chute House. When you book to stay, you can expect to stay in a cosy, comfortable and homely space, with all the amenities that you need to enjoy your stay. Before arrival, you will receive an email to confirm beds set up, key safe code, and any extra special requirements you may have. With us being a small business, we often try to source local products to welcome you at the houses, to show our support for local small businesses. We pride ourselves in being able to provide a 5* experience to our guests and actively encourage feedback from our guests so we can improve as hosts for future guests.
