Located in Newtown, City centre part of Exeter. This location gives a great advantage for our serviced accommodation. Just a few minutes walk from the city centre, restaurants and shops in Exeter.
Chute House has been fully refurbished in spring 2021. From 3 bedrooms and one “pinky” bathroom on the back of the narrow kitchen downstairs to a high standard 4 bedrooms, family bathroom, bathroom on the ground floor with the shower facility and… master bedroom in the loft, with ensuite – serviced accommodation in Exeter.
All 4 bedrooms are double, with king-size beds which could be split into two single beds in each bedroom if required for up to 8 guests.
Family bathroom in our self catering accommodation including bath, for the longer baths and relaxation or if showers are preferred that’s also available.
The living room in the house is open plan with a dining and kitchen area. Living space inc two comfortable sofas and coffee table. On the wall is an installed smart TV with Netflix included.
Dining area with table and chairs for all guests to have meals together. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can find there full size dishwasher with could be really handy in a serviced apartment when you’re on your break. Washing machine, microwave, tea and coffee when you arrive after a long trip.
The Garden is a good size, fully fenced to give you maximum privacy during your stay in our serviced accommodation.

Few house rules:
– smoking is not permitted inside the property without any exceptions
– Pets are welcome upon request and with appropriate authorization.
The parking permit is available for our guests at an additional cost of £7/day. This is an additional cost payable before arrival.
Parking is available at local councils car parks just 250-300m away from the front door to the property. It is possible for guests to pay for parking with the phone application.
